Using this website
The content on this site describes what TrueFigures does today. Where something is on the build list, the copy says so. Please don't use the forms or chat to send spam, submit other people's personal data, or probe the service.
Quotes, prices, and the three tiers
Published prices (the AI Readiness Sprint, the Managed Invoice Pipeline build, and the monthly retainer) are in Canadian dollars. Ontario HST applies where required. A signed engagement letter sets the final scope; the website is not an offer.
What TrueFigures is not
TrueFigures automates the typing and the arithmetic; it does not replace professional review. Output rows are deterministic, but the decision to accept them into your clients' books remains yours. We build the guardrails (review flags, written reasons); the professional judgement is the design requirement, not a caveat.
Your data
Your Google Drive contents and Master Ledger remain your property, full stop. When a managed engagement ends, the pipeline stops but nothing of yours leaves with us — documents, ledger, and archive stay in your tenant.
Liability and law
Service is provided with reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid under the engagement in question. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
